I would like to commend the crew sent to Gray’s to run fiber lines. Very professional people that answered questions, let us know what they were doing, and did not even bother me about my loud, yet playful dog as they say she was just curious who was in her yard. I cannot remember their names, but those are the type of people that are the heart and soul of Palmetto Electric Co-op. I’m sure there are crews just as polite and professional since I have met a few of them. Thank you for sending this wonderful crew to bring us fiber and give us an affordable choice for internet out here in the woods. Again, I just wanted to commend them for their work down Stella Clelanand Rd.

Before having PalmettoLink, we would have to go outside to make a phone call or FaceTime our grandson

It has been night and day between PalmettoLink and our old provider. Hookup was a seamless process, our bill decreased, and internet dependability is up. We were very confident going into a relationship with PalmettoLink because it’s a service offered by two cooperatives.
